James Graham, Chief Executive of SAOS (Scottish Agricultural Organisation Society). It represents and supports Scotland’s co-ops, some of which are involved in exports (grain, potatoes, bulbs, livestock) while others import goods from around the world (animal feed, medicines, fertilisers).
